2018-2019 Required Program Meeting Information

Thursday, August 16th session at 7pm

Saturday, August 18th session at 1pm

Participants and families in the 2018-2019 season are required to attend one of the above meetings.

Meeting Information:

The Moose Lodge (614 IAA Dr, Bloomington, IL 61701)

Please enter through the front door at the Moose.

The program meeting is mandatory for all players and parents so we can make sure we cover all important information.   Remember, you only need to attend one of the two meetings.

During this meeting we will outline the important information for the Sharks season and answer questions.

The last and most important part of the meeting is to collect the required forms and get you registered for the Sharks.  It seems like there are a ton of forms to complete, but these will really help keep things running smoothly.  It would be a huge help if you could print and fill in as many of the forms as you can in advance, and bring them to the meeting.  The plan is to have tables setup for each of the important parts of the registration so we can make the process as smooth as possible.

Here is a list of the required forms with links to them.

They are all located in the Documents (http://mcyha.com/Documents.asp) – Registration Forms.

To help you keep track of all the needed forms, we created a registration checklist.  It would be very helpful to print this and bring it with you to the meeting:  http://files.leagueathletics.com/Text/Documents/16439/91181.pdf.  I've attached the checklist to this email to get you started.

We have an updated Sharks handbook that we are asking everyone to review because it covers most everything related to the Sharks.  Since time is limited at the meeting, it would be very helpful if you could review the handbook in advance.  To save printing costs, we will only have a couple copies at the meeting.  You can view the document here:  http://files.leagueathletics.com/Text/Documents/16439/90618.pdf.  You will initial that you have reviewed the document at the meeting.
